SHORT BREAKS GRANT
Here you can find information on the Stockton On Tees Borough Council Short Breaks Grant. We work alongside the local authority to try and ensure that as many people are benefiting from the grant as possible and that it is meeting the needs of children, young people and their families.

Short Breaks Grant Online Application
Stockton On Tees Borough Council offers short breaks grant for children and young people aged 3-17 years with SEND. There are some eligibility criteria which can be found in the guidance documentation available.
This year the application process has moved online. This is a brief tutorial to demonstrate how to use the online application form.
